Someday I'll Fly

• Description: I wrote this along time ago when I was bored inside of a classroom lol When I read it, it sort of made me wish I did more, like it was longer, but hey, I should save that for another day lol Anyway, I hope you like it ^^ Comments are LOVED, I love critisism cause it helps me improve myself, I dont care if your harsh, as long as you have a point and make it clear

Sitting on my bed I spy
A little bird that caught my eye
When I looked closer I saw it's cage
It enflamed me with long lost rage
It was confined so it could no longer fly
For some reason all I could do was cry

Sitting on my bed I spy
A little bird that caught my eye
Whose cage caused me so much pain
It took a part of me I couldnt regain
What could I do, What could I say
All it did was sit there all day

Sitting on my bed I spy
A little bird that caught my eye
One day it will be free
Someday I'll see that little bird was me
That little bird will fly
It'll tell me it's my turn to try
