• The sky sets the sun under the sheets of shadow
And the sheets of shadow reveal the glistening
The glistening moon on the edge of meadow
The treetops watch the tall grass by listening

I sat there, below the treetops, where the ground stops
And before the sky starts, no sidewalks in sight
I am there, below the treetops, when the day stops
And before the night starts, no relativity in sight

The sensations and children danced beneath me
Fauns and dryads had no need of sleep nor I
Had no desire for sleep either tonight
The flashlights found the hiders in all places

I sat there, below the treetops, where the ground stops
And before the sky starts, no sidewalks in sight
I am there, below the treetops, when the day stops
And before the night starts, no guarantee in sight

The end. The end. The end. The endorphins.
They die. They die. They die. They dissect.
You leave. You leave. You leave. You leave it up to me.

I sang there, below the treetops, where the groups stops
And my heart starts, no old rock delight
I am here, below the treetops, when the day stops
And before I dilute, the day into night

One and the same, for the blind person, that is.
    Do you see?
