what do you see?

do you see who i am?
do you who i want to be?
do you see my hopes?
do you see thoughts?

can you see the anguish
that i have hidden inside?

can you see the hope
fading in my spirit?

can you see the hurt
burning in my heart?

can you see the love
waiting to emerge?

can you see my dreams
fighting what ive been told?

can you see the anger
towards the world?

can you see the darkness
hollowing out my soul?

can you see my thoughts
wishing to die?

can you see who i am
in my
eyes?
