light-life, dark-death

  have you ever noticed how people that are dark and dreery think of death
  dark-death (both start with D)
  and how people that have a light personality think of life and happiness
  light-life (both start with L)
  it just occured to me.

Light as the sun
dark as the moon.
Roses stay red
as the violets will bloom.
As one is born now
death will come dark as the moon.

The living will rise
and the dying will fall.
I give my hope
to those who will call.
And to those who seek help
i will not let you fall.
