• Lonely am i on this peaceful day,
    walking down a road on my way to nowhere.
    Look up to the sky and notice the gray,
    show your heart, unless in love it should be bare.

    In this world nothing is bare, everything has a scar,
    a broken heart perhaps or a sad memory.
    Some show pain on there skin sliding the blade ever so far,
    now sit here and stay and listen to my story.

    We talked, we laughed, we even cried,
    i said i love you and you said it back.
    Did you mean it or should i have never tried,
    is it patience...or effort that i lack?

    No sounds are to be heard,
    for there is no one to speak.
    no..not even a single word,
    or a memory to be leaked.

    For to talk to yourself is normal,
    but to answer back is insane.
    Walk me to the asylum,
    lay me in the bed where i can hear the rain.

    No...no take me back please,
    running form the empty room.
    i beg for forgiveness down on my knees,
    my angel is there but so is the barer of doom.

    Finally she takes my hand and i smile in delight,
    she kisses my cheek and i put up not a fight.
    looking at the sky as i point then look at her without a sound,
    then i walk away as i whisper calmly.
    ...."Heaven Bound"....
