I sit alone
I bawl my eyes out
My thoughts twist and turn
Making me think
Making me hurt
I think of him
How I can't remember
How I can't imagine
I think of family
They hate me
They left me
Alone
Helpless
Dying on the inside

The poem is full of emotion and it expresses how you feel. You shouldn't let people put you down- even yourself. That's what it seems like: you're putting yourself down.
