Drowning
Fingertips moving across my skin,
a shakey breath is sucked in.
Warm breath misting slightly parted lips,
my chest arches and theres a curl to my hips.
Behind loosely closed lids my eyes flicker,
I take a deep breath but it doesn't stop the shiver.
Large fingertips flow down my hair,
reminding me that I am bare.
I was drowning,
drowning in exstacy,
drowning in love,
drowning in him,
and I didn't want to come up for air for a moment.
A fire entered me,
my heart swelled with exstacy.
Arms wrapped around me,
I moaned out, eyes wide but unable to see.
A face buried in my neck snuggly,
nuzzling and bringing warmth happily.
A kiss closed my mouth gently,
my breath calming and my hips lowering softly.
I had been drowning,
drowning in exstacy,
drowning in love,
drowning in him,
drowning in him,
but never again.
I had given it all time and again.
my heart and soul,
and every time I barely got time to mend
before he came back and I lost control
This would be the last goodbye,
and I would not let him see me cry.
I would crumble alone in the sheets a mess
as he watched his love walk to him in that white dress.
