What Comes to Mind

• Description: Yeah, despite what this supposedly implies, this is NOT about a recent breakup or anything. Well, not one that's actually happened to me, but, the scenario came to mind and I couldn't help but write it down.
  It's supposed to be free verse, but as you might be able to tell, line 9 and 12 rhyme, and 20 and 22 rhyme. But, what can you do?

It's different now
Your dead to me.

Murder
Murder comes to mind.
Despair
Despair comes to mind.
Hate
Hate comes to mind.

These come to mind
When you walk by.
But what starts in the mind,
Can become reality.
