Summer Heals a Broken Heart heart
Summer is here.
The season of love is gone.
As the school year left as well,
Vacation took its spot.
On my face is great cheer
For I'm not awake at dawn.
Never to be awaken by the ringing of bells,
Only by the warmth of a big red dot.
I did not think of him,
Not even once,
And it soon became clear,
That I had forgotten.
My heart is no longer grim.
My grieving is finally done.
There are no more tears
For summer had healed my soul.

Description:
Another story of my life. This poem follows the one called "Love Triangle". Enjoy!!!
P.S., You should probably know that the "big red dot" is the sun. Oh, there's a pattern to the rhyme scheme. Can you figure it out? - Date: 01/17/2010
