I'm scared,
I'm crying,
I don't know what to do.
I feel I've lost my way,
Worthless without you.

You gazed into my eyes,
I looked back into yours.
You frightened pain-filled stare,
I hope you know I cared.

I heard your small last breath,
Just before you had left.
That love you gave to me,
Forever I have kept.

I love you.
