Everyday, you’re on my mind,
No matter what, all the time.

Your face is all I see.
Why did this have to be?

When I close my eyes,
It’s always just you and I.

When they are opened,
I just keep hoping,

That this was all a bad dream,
But then I realize it’s not and just want to scream.

Nothing has ever hurt this bad,
Nothing has ever made me so mad,
That I lost the best that I’ve ever had.

Why did it have to be like this?
What did I miss?

I’m sorry for all I did,
I’m sorry that you just hid.

The promises that were made,
Did they just fade?

The love we both felt.
Did it just melt?

Not for me.
I still want it to be,

Just you and I,
Forever and Always, with no good-byes..
