Today as i step forward to enter this dream,
i happen to come across a ray of light,
it lead me to a place off the track of my old world,
into a new one...
as i followed the light i was engulfed by its warmth,
it showed me my new life,
a new beatiful world undiscovered by anyone,
then as quick as it came,
it left me...
there to wonder...
what was that beam of light?
and how can i get it back?
for that beam of light did not lead me,
it alured me,
i chose to follow that light,
knowing once its gone,
it will never come back,
yet knowing this i take a chance,
a risk, a gamble,
just to know how it feels,
just for once how the light feels upon my skin,
knowing full well afterwords it will leave me breathless without a soul...
for because the light took away my innocence,
it took away my tears, and took away my fears,
to trick me into thinking that this was happiness,
it took me into a place beyond my reach,
and now i am back were i belong,
cold and broken,
wishing and longing for that place i was never ment to be...
