sweatdrop ok, so that didn't go so well.........I'll admit that was way off topic, I'll try to stay on topic this time. I'm not so sure though...
ok...so for 7th period I had English 9 and today we had to write in our journals for 10 minutes...Our sub gave us a topic to write about and it was a fairly good topic that I thought I might put into this post. sweatdrop With me being who I am, I left it in my locker. But I've still got a relative idea... 3nodding
--Topic:--Reasons why people lie...
I thought about this for a while[[like a minute or two]] and came up with some points.:
People lie possibly because they don't want to hurt people with the actual truth, or for the fact that they might get into trouble so they lie to get out of the situation. The latter point, it escalates further and further until properly dealt with. But I want to talk more on the first. Let's say you have a situation where you have this huge mega-crush on your best friend's boyfriend/girlfriend. Your friend might notice your emotions about him/her, and confront you asking if you like him/her or not. For her/his feelings, you tell them no, thus lying to them. >_< ok, now I've lost my train of thought...umm.... sweatdrop yeah..I think people also lie partially because of their jobs. Remember the part in the book, The Giver? Something somewhat like that, almost. I'm unsure where I'm going with this now.... >_<
I think it also partially has to do with who they trust most in their lives...[[friends, you better listen up right here.!]] I trust a few select people in my life...certain people I trust more than others. If I had told my situation to two different people other than you,[[you know who you are.! xp ]] I think it would be handled completely different. If I had a wish to change that part of my life, I doubt that I would change any other part of it. I might have told other people about it, sure, but nothing else...same exact order and everything...maybe not.. xd but still....I don't want this to change the situation as it is....I'll tell others when I'm ready.

1st//Gym--National Guard set up this weird blow up thing, kinda like American Gladiators with the helmets and the stick things.? whee whatever...who ever was there knows what I'm talking about...
2nd//Spanish--Watched "Bonito" music video.. "TODO PARECE BONITO!!!" mrgreen also did Indo-European countries...and Pongo. 3nodding si, pongo!
Pro-time//McLauglin--read Specials...3rd in the triligy of Uglies. 3nodding
3rd//Study Hall--eh...you know................study hall....
4th//Algebra--Venn diagrams and worked on graphing statements with and and or. Easy if you know the material.
5th//Choir--sang some songs....really good..*shrug* usual stuff...duh.
6th//World History--colored maps of Africa... ^_^ COLORS!!
7th//English 9--Martin Luther King Jr. tirbute thing...wrote for 10 min. about why people lie, where "home" is, how it was back before MLK Jr. came with "I have a dream" speech.
8th//Phys. Sci.--Trivium board game: Martinson edition....I lost... xp not really, but I did.......whatever....
