I feel accomplished. Last night, I tried my first piece of sushi, with actual raw fish in it. Spicy tuna roll. It was good! I think I liked it better than a California roll, which has been the only sushi I've braved for the longest time, along with tamago-yaki (I think it's called. It's just fried egg and sushi rice). So, spicy tuna roll = <3. I wonder which one I should look for in the grocery store next. XD ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Thank goodness it's Friday. I have three tests today, though. Kinda sucks. 	You know, I was surprised to find out that my brother likes sushi and he made me try a different sushi pack than what's usually sold (because it's bloody hard to find something that's not California rolls.) It was great (kind of tasted like...cow. Haha, no sushi tastes like chicken)!...Then again, I have not eaten a fish product that I haven't liked yet (although canned tuna remains my mysterious enemy.) 	Yeah, it is hard to find anything other than California rolls, in a lot of places. Luckily, not here. We're close to the ocean, so we have a huge variety of fish and such local. =] Finally, something that doesn't taste like chicken! Well now I feel double-accomplished. On top of trying spicy tuna rolls, I've tried Philidelphia rolls (smoked and raw salmon, cream cheese, and cucumber). I think the Phili rolls are my favorites now.
