Nevermind! Post I am!! >.<
“Okay, look, ever since Dark Alley was built, the seating’s always been the same. It’s not assigned, it’s just the way it is. From left to right it goes from purest being to unpurest. On the far left is the angel table.”
Jules turned to see where Phoenix had nodded his head and saw a table full of the most beautiful people she’d ever seen. They were so stunning that Jules could barely believe that they were real.
“Next is the dragon table,” Phoenix continued.
Jules looked to see a table with only a few people sitting.
“There aren’t many people at that table,” she remarked.
“That’s because there aren’t many dragons in existence, much less this school,” Phoenix replied before going on, “Then it’s the elves and the regular, normal humans.”
“Wait, regular, normal humans?” Jules asked, confused.
Phoenix chuckled, “Well, humans with no special talents…like you!” he finished with a smile.
Jules scowled, “Jeez, thanks. And that makes you…what?”
“Oh, I’m a ninja,” Phoenix remarked proudly.
Jules raised an amused eyebrow, “Oh, really?”
“Yeah! What’d you think this headband was for?” he asked as he moved it up and down on his forehead proudly.
“Oh, I was wondering what that was,” Jules teased as she leaned across the table and flicked his forehead, “I thought it was to keep your out of control hair out of your eyes.”
“Ow! Hey!” Phoenix complained as he rubbed his forehead and then grabbed Jules’ wrist, pulling her closer so that her face was inches from his.
“So, you don’t believe I’m a ninja?” Phoenix asked.
“You, Mr. King Klutz, a ninja,” Jules shook her head, “There aren’t such things as ninjas.”
Phoenix shook his head in disbelief.
“You go to a school with angels, demons, and vampires and yet you don’t believe in NINJAS?”
“Nope!” Jules answered.
Phoenix sighed.
“Then I guess I’ll just have to show you…”
