no, seriously.
i love that song.
but i was watching playschool today [laugh as you wish; being under house arrest leaves one with very little in the way of television viewing ability] and they sang it.
badly.
i was justly annoyed.
so i sand my own songs - even with a crackly voice - to drown out their suckiness.
like;
i've got a lovely bunch of coconuts [fiddle-dee-dee] there they are all standing in a row [bom bom bom] big ones, small ones, some as big as your head! give 'em a flick, a flick of the wrist that's what the wiseman said
and other such classics as;
there's a worm at the bottom of my garden and his name is Wiggly-Woo. but the worm turned into a pretty butterfly, and look what he can do! there's a butterfly in my garden and his name is Flittery-Floo.
or songs from In The Night Garden such as;
Upsy Daisy, here we come i'm the only upsy one i'm the only daisy too! upsy dosey daisy doo
iggle piggle squiggle ig squiggle iggle sniggle pig piggle piggle iggle ig iggle iggle piggle ig
how i love In The Night Garden! so many QUALITY songs.
lazaz! sing it with me -
when he was a young warthog

he found his aroma lacked a certain appeal he could clear the savanna after every meal

[oh, he was a shame]
had to change my name!
[oh, what's in a name?]
and i got down-hearted
[how did you feel?]
every time that i-
