For over a million years the sun burned up high in the sky. That was how the Pylorans measured time. But that all changed. Nobody knew how it happened or why. But the people of Pylor knew that something had gone wrong. The skies were pitch black, and the sun, was no where to be seen. A week had gone past and the sun refused to show its face to the people. Desperate, the temples started to call for sacrifices. They thought it would appease the Gods. They were wrong. Three weeks after the world had been shrouded in darkness, strange and benovelent creatures started to roam the land. But the people noticed something more evident. The land itself was changing. Land that was normally peaceful became violent. Ponds soon became marshlands and the land that didn't change soon died. The people slowly suffered with no way to fix their problems.
