"ich? ne!"

"kacke schmecken."

"ne. widerlich dinger."
"do you like shopping in the states?"
"yeah! there's no cashier to break your balls."
(im not quite sure why bill said that one...maybe it's the stupid translations).
"toilet paper?"
"extra-strong fur georg. hab die schoen kacken noch."
"uh...tom..?"
"wie bah bah. wirklich. hamma'."
"what about those casuals?"
"you are hut! i leik your heer!"
"and you?"
"..the award goes to [random deep voice] tokio hooootel."
