A girl around the age of thirteen
Is walking on the sidewalk
Headphones on her ears
I creep up behind her
And place a hand hard onto her shoulder
She twirls around
My knuckles clench
When they meet her face
She stumbles backwards
And I hit her again
"I hate you!"
I scream and push her to the ground
I kick her
"This is for your lies!"
I stomp on her fingers
"This is for all the nights you made me cry!"
I get on top of her
And grab her by her hair
"This is for everytime you didn't listen to me!"
I slam her face against the sidewalk
"This is for all the pain you gave me!"
Somebody pulls me off her
They slap my face
I stare in disbelief at the young girl
Blood is running down her face
And she's crying
She is not the one who hurt me
I've never even seen her before
They put me in handcuffs
And shove me into the car
"You're a criminal! A nasty animal!"
The cop shouts at me
But am I really a criminal
Or just another vicitm
