Annoying Customers pt. 2 and Update on my Cosplay |

Dear Journal,
Hey! I thought I'd give you an update on my cosplay! I have my wig, wand, and tiara; and now I'm waiting on the boots, fuku, and odango clips. ^^;; Almost ready to cosplay!!
I know it's been a while since I've updated on the customers I had at work.... but it's been a year that I've worked there and I've learned to let things go over my head... except a few... well, one I remember... but the others I've already forgotten. (See what I mean? All of my calls run together and when I get home they leave me. XD )
Anyway, this one woman was not told about the month in advance charge on her bill when she upped her minutes. She had gone over her minutes and had a plan change backdated to cover what she'd used. She was only going to pay $20 more this month, then next month it'd be a normal bill. I tried explaining that if she had not backdated her plan, she would have had $200+ in overages. x.x She demanded a supervisor for credit on the access. 9.9
Oh! I remembered the other one...
A rep called in from an indirect store asking us to give credit to a customer who had some overages. She had wanted a future dated price plan change, but the rep at the store she went in to did it on-demand, causing proration. Well, I kindly told him unfortunately I can't, because it was the store's mistake and they have to fix it. Well, he demanded my supervisor... they will not take calls from store reps because they have managers of their own. Anyway, I told him that and he hung up on me. Two calls later, I swear, two calls later, I get that same rep, and this time he tells me the customer called and did the plan change over the phone! I wanted to call him a lying-sack-of-s**t! Anyway, I "researched" the account and told him that I did see it was done in the store, and to kindly tell the customer to go back to the same store, and he was all, "Ahhh... I see..." I offered him a support number to call to see if they'd give credit, then he hung up on me again... b*****d. >.>
Well, that's my crazy life... dealing with stupid people. 9.9
