was I allowed to posses hair bleach. And dye

I mean, I do get to color my hair. But it's usually at the salon. But...wow
hahahaha
yes. Because I got my ever awesome legal guardian to agree on letting me color my hair after my birthday, during New Years
because it was the only time Suzu would be drunk >:U ....and...fall for anything.
But yes!
And I finally have it!
Bad thing, I suck at this...so I'm having Makuro do it for me.
And I have to wait until Makuro comes back,
which is after summer break.
Or...during actually.
Either way, two weeks. I suppose. Crap. Oh well!
