BumbleBee rolls out of the bed and gets acquainted with the floor at 5:36 in the morning . “A really nice way to wake up…” She mumbles lowly, rubbing her head. “Okidoki?” An older woman asks, her mom. “No!” She screams back, straightening her wings and looking at the veins in them. The girl stands up, brushes herself off and makes her way to the bathroom, completely ignoring her mothers’ question of how she fell in the first place and if she hurt herself. She dressed in a black and yellow striped outfit, puts her hair in two long ponytails on the sides of her head, and pulls her gloves on, making her way out her bedroom door.
She walked in the kitchen, grabbed an apple and her house keys, and went out the front door, saying goodbye to her parents and locking the wooden plank; she then took off from the ground. My first day of school…hopefully, this school is better than the last. And then she caught herself. No, no, no! No negative thoughts this year, oh no! Just happy feelings….that I hope last… After a few minutes of flying, she reaches the academy, and finishes her apple while landing at the front doors. She saw three teachers, two women and a man, and bowed but as she did so, she soon felt a hand on her shoulder.
It was the shorter woman of the two; she had on a beautiful Chinese hanfu and her touch was gentle. “Stand. My name is Moonlit and I’m the Head Mistress of Apocalypse Academy. What is your name?”
“My name is BumbleBee but most people call me Bee” The girl responds and Moonlit smiles. “Welcome Bee, you can stand anywhere out here but please don’t leave…” BumbleBee nods and floats over to a warm spot, crossing her legs while floating in the air.
