We all get angry at one time or another but we all don’t deal with it the same way. For some people when they are angry they smash plates, or some slam doors or they’ll shout. For others they go cold and silent, withholding their affections. Sometimes they are a combination of one or two of those things.
When I get angry it depends on what I am angry about and where I am. I rarely get angry and that’s because I’m not someone who can easily be upset. It takes a lot to get me really pissed off which luckily it doesn’t (well actually it never) happen with my friends or outside my home.
The only one who’s able to bring out my viciousness is my mother (and sick people whose actions/words are despicable and cruel). That stage of anger is again, rare. Otherwise, the times that I do get angry I’m still calm and polite.
Basically I have two stages of angry. The first is the regular and more common anger. For example, the kind that a person gets upset at not being able to watch their favorite TV show which is all new because someone is hogging the TV when they know that person always watch their show at that day and time.
The second stage is the pissed off one. I can get violent…and very dangerous. But I do try my very best in holding back my angry because if I don’t I’ll snap and start breaking or hurting people. But before I get like that I usually warn the person to stop pushing me and to let it go or at least let it go until I can calm myself down.
Fact: I rarely get mad. When I do I’m still polite and calm. But I can get really pissed off and when I am I’m a force to be reckon with that will become your worst nightmare. But majority of the time I’m always holding my angry and trying to remain calm.
