I highly suggest people read everything before they start commenting on things. Nothing is more annoying when someone reads one part of something and makes a snap judgement, believing that it’s what the writing is all about, when it’s not. They basically miss the whole point and it’s even worst when they “attack” with their assumption.
If they aren’t careful, they make themselves appear stupid and it’ll lead to unnecessary argument. Which could have been all avoided if they read everything and if they still didn’t get it they should have asked politely. Instead they are rude about it, twisting the writer’s words and being disrespectful.
It’s all too easy for the writer to answer the rude person with an equally rude response. But that’s not a healthy thing to do and it’s not going to stop or help the rude person because they’ll believe they can do it again to someone else and not get in trouble for it.
