Dear journal,
So for four days I was in a convention helping my parents out with our business.
I just gave out flyers and spoke to people.
I wasn't feeling very well, so I was a bit under the whether.
But I just had to write about this one lady who made my day:
I was approached by this old lady, probably around mid seventies to early eighties. She had grey thinning hair and a few teeth left.
She asked about a vegetable that was on display and I told her the name and what it was for. Her face lit up as if reminiscing her childhood or younger days. She got all excited and told me how her mother used to plant it and use it in dishes all the time. You could see that her missed her mother. She laughed and giggled while holding her hand against her mouth so that I wouldn't see her pink smile.
Okay, so I went a bit creative-writing on that. rofl
