Dear Journal, On September 4, 2006 around 10 a.m. in Australlia, TV legend Steve Irwin: The Crocodile Hunter, died in a freak accident involving a sting ray. While filming on The Great Barrier Reef a sting ray pierced his heart. Moments after pulling the poisonous barb out of his own chest he passed away. I'll miss you Steve; you'll never be forgotten.
