Today we auditioned for orchestra. It was kind of funny, for one part of my audition I thought it was supposed to go fast, and at my lesson before, I was going too fast, and my teacher said that if I played it that speed during my audition and got all the notes, it would be okay, and I thought he meant that I was going way too slow, but if it was in tune, then, sure. So I sped it up, which was hard, seeing as I was already rushing, and it sounded like crap at my audition because I thought it should go that fast. THEN at orchestra, we start playing, and it's going, like, half the speed I was, and Im just like.. stare ..crap.... talk2hand .. xd xd xd in the middle of orchestra. But at least everyone was playing, so no one but me could tell I was laughing..
Oh, and hello last chair. Because I also played the first part so out of tune, he made me go back and play it again without vibrato.
