Ah, I know what you are talking about with teasing, it happened to me two, in middle school, not elementry school. I get defensive about a few things because of it, and it does hurt, a lot.

Teasing is almost worst then bullying...hmm...actually it's a crueler version of bullying. I remember being teased a good twenty years ago, when I was starting middle school, and to this day I still have complexes and psychological scars from it. People shouldn't be mean to others like that, but, well, that's a soapbox position I don't need to be taking here wink

I guess once we understand the situation we feel even worse, especially if we were once in that situation before. When I heard it was bullying, that really smacked me hard. I was bullied/teased from about grade 4 to grade 9. In grade 9 I was even threatened and it felt so horrible.

It was even more horrible when I found out that this kid at my school was being bullied and that was why he ran out of the class. I felt absolutely sick to the stomach when I heard that because it made me think of Rici. I was trying to hold it in, but I think a tear fell then.

But Rici wouldn't want us to fell this way. He'd want us to be happy, and now that death has come upon a friend, I can now smile easier at some of life's simpler things. I'm sure if you would think about it, you'll smile too.
