Today was one of the biggest GSA meeting we have since...forever!
But I think most of the people were from the Vegetarian Club. So we have been talking about doing a vigil for the Day of Silence! Well not the exact day - April 13th - because we are having standardized test for whole freaking week. Grrr mad! So we are doing something on the 22nd! We are so excited and scared at the same time.
We plan on holding the silent vigil in the courtyard of the school, so a lot people can see - all happening at lunch. We decided to make signs, T-shirts, masks [to cover up our mouths], and other small things. We plan to be standing outside holding signs and not talking. One or two of us will be standing there explaining to passerbys. Our club advisors will be participating, and we are hoping more teachers and students will join in. There will be one or two cameras filming us for our weekly school new broadcast. It shall be fun.
What we are afraid of is that students might throw things or laugh at us. We plan to talk to the vice principal and the security guards about it beforehand. Plus they will be teachers around. So I am sure we will be fine.
After the club meeting, my friend and I were walking to class, when she told me I should hook up with this guy! Ahh! It all started last year. We were walking together to the school theatre, when this guy asked her to carry his backpack there. She refused and we walked away. I quietly commented that he was quite hot. She said he might be bisexual. Fast forward to present day. She said he was part of the musical, and that she told him about me. And I am like, 'Ahh, no. Don't do that.' She went on asking why and I told her I don't want to be hooked up with someone. He is cute and all, and I seen him a few times around. I guess I am just afraid that he wouldn't feel the same way about me. A better way of looking at it is that I am scared of rejection. My life is full of rejections.

My friend asked if he if he had a wedding and needed a photographer, would I do it. I told him I don't do people, for the people change constantly.
