I wish I could make it up to the people that I knew when I was young. Then Iʻd make it better with them, because I donʻt see them around anymore. And we could hang out just like in the old days, but so it goes. Kurt Vonegut died recently, and before he did I read his book Slaughter House 5. I didnʻt get it at first, but now I really understand. We donʻt always have control of what happens in the world or in our lives, we just have to have patience and do what we can. From now on thatʻs my edict. Iʻm going to try to make it better, and hopefully thatʻll make me better.
