God, I didn't even know the guy's name. Throughout the day, I was trying to figure out the guy's name, but I spaced out alot and didn't figure it out by the end of the day.
I had club this particular day, so I had to stay at school until 6, so the sun was already half setting when I got off of club. The hallways were plastered with orange and red, something much better than the regular shade of grey, the colour of cement. No wonder the school is always shivering cold in the winter.
BATABATA. Someone was coming my way.
BETA.
Sounded like they fell. I ran to the end of the hallway to see if they were okay. There, I saw the new guy laying flat on to the floor, face down. I crouched down beside him and poked him to make sure of his consciousness. He flinched a little.
"Are you alright? You look quite dead."
He turned his head to face me. "Yeah. Just tripped. I had every intention to get up but I was sort of lazy to."
I know it maybe rude, but I laughed. I clutched my stomached and rolled around and joined him on the ground. During my laughing fit, I saw him looking my at me equally confused as the first encounter with him. Soon my laughter died out and I sat against the wall to regain my sainity.
The dude stood up, dusted himself and offered a hand to the me on the floor. "The floor is quite dirty."
"Yeah, I know. Us kids don't do the greatest job at cleaning." I replied as I accepted his hand then proped me up.
