- I woke from my peaceful slumber, screaming. "Mom? Dad?" I shouted. No reply. I left my room, still in my pajamas, and went out to the living room. No one. "Hello?" I shouted. No reply. I went back to my room and got dressed. I headed to the front door and tried to open it, but it wouldn't budge. I looked down at the lock to see that it was in the unlocked position. "Hey." I shouted. Still no reply. It was still dark outside. I could hear a whisper say "you never existed." That's when i started to worry. All the lights in the house went off and came back on. After they came back on, the entire house had things written in it. It said "they're not here" and "you can't escape." I felt like crying. The lights went out again, but this time, they didn't come back on. I felt around for the closet door and eventually found it. I opened it and reached in and felt for a flashlight. I managed to find one and I turned it on. Standing right in the middle of the living room, was a robed man. "You don't exist Alyssa, and you never will." He said. I screamed, fell down, and hit my head on the hard tile floor. I looked up at the man, and fell into unconsiousness
