Rei's clan, the Ishida use lightening kekkei genkai attacks, but since Rei refused to train with her father she never learned most of the attacks. So after training with itachi and fighting sasuke a few times she finds ways to put the Uchiha fighting style with her kekkei genkai to make strong jutsu.
Some of her jutsu include:
Kurotori: It means blackbird. this is a very powerful jutsu that looks very similar to chidori but it's much stronger.
Kuro chidori: this is a stronger form of chidori using Rei's kekkei genkai.
ten no ankoku: means heavens darkness. When Rei uses this she uses most if not all her chakra. the name tells it all really. when used the sky turns dark with a lightening storm. this is in fact a jutsu that her clan uses
other:
she uses mostly all the fire jutsu that the Uchiha clan use.
