i think im just writing becuase my head hurts.. the weath spring of energgy that comes with sleep has deserted me i can not see sometimes but i do not worry i beleive that its the side afeect of the heat that is often in to the 90s here in portland and i am relucutent to add it might be the change in things i eat for example i normally would eat a whole pizza by my self now i only eat a slice or two if i even eat pizza.. my hands are still warm not the hot of fever but the warmth of blood flow .. it is unusal to me my grand mother passed on to me poor blood cericulation and my hands should be cold but their warm to me but when i rub them to gether they seem as if their just not my hands.... .
