How does one answer a question such as that? It is too vague. Or maybe I am too shallow to see its depth. Everything is relative.
I think the whole point of life is to think and have to actually put effort into certain aspects. This is one aspect: people's thoughts. Just suddenly knowing what people think of you might not to much. It would take the fun out of humans. No more thinking or trying or anything.
I, since I am so indecisive, think it would make life much easier. Imagine not having to worry if "Guy" likes you or if somebody hates you. There would be no silly mix ups that constantly hold us back. I guess emotions would be free, simply because we wouldn't be able to hide them.

I agree with you, in that it would be much easier to interact with others if you knew what they were thinking of you. But then there is also the factor that people who in general arent well-liked may get hurt. It would just be easier on some of us.
It would certainly be easier when wondering about 'guy'.

Knowledge is power.
Such a great saying, yet does it seem entirely correct in this situation?
Just think: if Scott had know you liked him a way long time ago, would it have been so much fun now? Would it be worth it since you would know he liked you from the beginning? Would I even be here talking to you about this if you had known what I thought of you when we first met? What about me?
Everything would be different if we knew what others thought. Some for the worst, and some for the better. But I'll take the bad with the good and say that having life as it is now, is better than knowing what any guy thinks of me.

Life does not beat to the rhythm of just one drum, what might be good for you, might not be good for some. So you take the good, you take the bad and there you have my random comment.

I guess our lack of emotional telepathy is what makes life interesting.

Ah yes. Sometimes I felt I would give anything to be able to read somebody's thoughts.
But you have to remember; Thoughts are so... vast, and complicated. You can't just read them like a book. You have to sift through memories. Musings. Ideas. Dreams. All of which float through our subconscious at a lightning speed, so fast that sometimes we, ourselves, cannot read them in time.
If we were able to 'read' other's thoughts, we would spend more time trying to decipher them instead of our own. And perhaps lose ourselves, very literally, in somebody else.
