goodbyes



Elena had a bag filled with food and one pair of clothes that Kūkaku had let her have. The shirt she let her have was like a muscle shirt she had seen when she was alive. She was basically going to use the same pair of pants untill she reached the Academy which was located in Rukongai. Kūkaku had told her about the academy later that night.It was were she would have to go in order to become a Soul Reaper.
She picked up the picture of Kenpachi and packed it under all the clothes and food she had. It was smudged with her dry blood,but she didnt bother cleaning it off. She let it be a reminder to her. To stand and fight,no matter what. She picked up the messager bag and took one last look of her room.Elena remembered Kūkaku told her about her about their brother. The room she was staying in must of been his. She put her hands together and prayed. "Thank you, for letting me stay in here,Uncle." She smiled. She might as well call him uncle, after all he was her father's brother.
"Dad..."she whispered as she walked into Ganju's room.She sat next to him on his matress and put her hand on is. "I hope you'll forgive me one day. This is just someting I must do. I hope you'll understand one day." She leaned over him and kissed his forhead. A tear dripped down her face and landed on his cheek. "Goodbye, Daddy." she whispered as she walked out of the room.
Kūkaku was standing outside the house waiting for Elena to walk out.Elena walked out of the front door and began to walk down the meadow.
"Elena!" Kūkaku shouted. Elena turned and smiled at Kūkaku."Don't get killed!" She laughed.Elena couldn't help but to giggle. Bonnie then charged out of no where and tackled over Elena.
"Oh, Bonnie," she wiped a tear from her face and chuckled,"I'll miss you to!" She wrapped her arms around her and squeezed tightly."Take care of Pops,allright." Bonnie let out a snort then backed away. Elena stood and waved at Kūkaku one last time,then turned and egan her journey to Junrinan. West Ronkongai.
"Please,watch over her....Kaien."

Elena grabbed her wounds as she walked. "Damn....I hope i'm close... " She had been traveling for weeks and herwounds still hadn't healed completely. She was in Junrinan and wanted to get started with her training but couldn't because of her wounds. The city as very peaceful compared to Zaraki. She began to feel bad for the old woman that told her all about Soul Reapers. There as a giant wall that lead into the Seireitei. That was where she wanted to go. She stared at the wall and imagined herself beind the walls.
"Can i help you with someting?" A large shadow came over her. Her heart jumped to her throught as she looked up to the large man.
"Uhhh....."
"Don't be afriad! My name is Jidanbō. I'm the Gate Watcher here. Is there something you need?"
"Umm...Your a Soul Reaper...aren't you?"
"Thats correct."
"Well, I want to become a Soul Reaper, would you happen to know where the acadamy is?"
The monstourous man gave her a gentle smile and chuckled." I sure do. Come with me, I'll bring you there." The man held out his hand and let her sit on his hand. He lifted her up and began to carry her to the academy.
