i never actually planned on trying out for soccer, but my friend angela talked me into it.so ,yeah. i wasn't quite sure what to expect, since i didn't know a thing about soccer or how you play it. anyways, the coach made us run a mile, and we had to do it in under ten minutes. my time was 7.34 mins. but i felt so sick after that i had to quit. then i ran to the nearest trash can and threw up. the end! 4laugh

Wow, what an inspiring start to your soccer career. xp

That said though, soccer might be really good for you. It's hard trying to get yourself to work out (I know this from personal experience sadly), but if you love playing soccer, it won't seem like excersize.

A question about you being sick after running... Are you really out of shape? Or was the day just really hot? Running around when its too hot can cause a slight case of heat stroke which can make you puke.
