Chapter 1-The Forgotten
A blood, red moon glowed eerily through gathering storm clouds. As black as a malevolent bat the ancient castle, barely standing out in the gloom, stares down down over the small town below. Waiting.
Walking home, late 1 night, a young girl was battling her way throught the angry, screaming wind. Her raven flying around, whiping her stone cold face. As she came 2 the castles looming gates, rusted and tired with age, the weak clouds gave away and rained down upon her. Soaked, she ran through the dead gates without thinking. Gnarled hands reached out 2 grab her, 2 pull her away but could never reach, as she sped up the forgotten pathway. She gazed in2 the eyes of the wise, old castle be4 walking 2 the rotting doors.
As she waited out the growing storm a faint crying flew 2 her ears. Confused, she folowed the sound.
It led her 2 a small room that stank of what she thought 2 b decaying flesh. Walking round the room she tripped over something small. Looking round she saw it was a young boy, no older then herself, curled up facing a corner. She atempted 2 comfort him.
The boy cheered up as they talked, he introduced himself going by the name of Shikon. She also introduced herself, Safaia. Whilst they talked, she noticed that Shikon wasn't all he appeared 2 b. He was pale although he seemed healthy and there was blood dripping from his hands. She began 2 feel uneasy being around him but she didn't want 2 leave him on his own. Safaia cast away the disturbing thoughts and thinking that they may have been caused by different things. Soon she thought nothing of it.
A rat ran by frightening her, she expected Shikon 2 laugh but instead he tried 2 comfort her.
The terrifying moon ripped its way through the dead clouds. A wolf's menacing howl pierced the night sky.A shiver ran down Safaia's back like ice cold water had been poured down it. The moon's blood rays tore through the dusty windows. Letting out a howl like scream Shikon writhed in pain.
He sreamed "Run!"
Safaia stared at him, scared and confused, "R.....r u ok?"
"Run!" Shikon repeated.
She ran 2 the old door, turning round she saw her new, although strange, friend was no longer where she had left him. Nothing was where Shikon had sat other then falling dust.
