Happy Birthday Yumichika
"I'm not going." Elena growled.
"Come on! Its my birthday!"
"Your birthday is Wednesday!" She gritted her teeth.
"but your my birthday gift, aren't you?" he smiled.
Elena had obviously lost the arguement. Yumchika brought her to the soul gate.Where they would go to the human world.
"Well, your carrying me. This Kimono could rip." She pulled at the sleeves. She was coming close to ripping them off.
"Your Kimono is to beautiful to get dirty.Of course I'd carry you, how foolish." He picked her up in his arms and ran into the gate.
As they ran Elena couldn't help but to think about Kenny's lips. She never knew someone's lips could be so powerful. She remembered it so well because she kept licking her lips. The taste of him was still lingering. His rough scared lips was all that ran through his mind. His plan had achieved. She wanted this date to end as fast as possible.

Yumichika and Elena walked around a festival that was going on. They were both wearing a Gigai but Elena was still wearing the kimono. They were at a local ramen shop. Elena didn't want to spend too much money but he didn't care. He was happy enough he had a beautiful date with him.
Yumichika and Elena really didn't say much to each other but since elena couldn't stand everyting being quite she started a conversation. "So, How did you and Ikkaku become friends."
He slurped up a noodle and smiled. "Its been so long, I cant really say how we did. But I do remember the first day we met the captain."
"Kenny?" A noodle was hanging out of her mouth.
"Yeah, the day we met him. It changed me and Ikkaku's fate."
"Ikkaku used to hate his life. The only thing he looked for was the thrill of the fight. He used to be short tempered, impatient, and allways pissed off. He never told me but I could allways tell he never felt he belonged in the soul society. Those were the worst days of our lives. But sometimes i do miss my old hair. I might grow it out again." He pulled out a picture of himself and showed Elena.
Shhe took it from him and had a fan-girl like squeel." Oh my! You were so hot!"
Yumichika rubbed the back of his head as he blushed. "Thank you."
"So go one, how did you meet Kenny?" She continued to eat while he told his story.
"Well, one day, Ikkaku was out calling people out for fights. No one was going to challenge him, that was untill we heard the giggle over a little girl. I didn't chase after it like he did. But i could hear something about someone being in a good mood. I didn't know what that meant but i knew one thing, something ad was going to happen. They walked out of the alley way and took their battle stances. That man was the captian. Of course no suprise Zaraki won. Ikkaku was pissed off at the fact Zaraki didn't kill him. He told him something Ikkaku would never forget. 'Live, Live and come try to kill me again."
Elena's heart stop.
"Ikkaku swore from that day. That one day he would fight the captain to the death. But for now. His loyalty resides on him. He looks up to the captain as if he was his older brother. If the soul society were to ask him to become a captain. He would most likely deny it. He'd rather die under the captain's command. I would to. If it wasn't for the captain. We bith would have no meaning in life."
Elena swallowed the last of her ramen and put the bowl down. "So that's it then...Do...Do you think they would try to kill each other anytime soon?"
"No, but once that day comes ,Elena....You won't be able to stop them."
Elena's heart resumed but it was slow. "But..."
"There is no but. Its fate. If they do fight. One of them will die."
Elena's fist clinched. She felt the tears behind her eyes form but they didn't roll over. Yumichika finished the last of his ramen and Elena paid for it. " Come on Ela-kun. Lets go have some fun."
Elena looked up at him and then smiled. "Yeah. Sure."

It was nighttime so Elena watched little kids run with sparklers. It reminded her of Ganju's firework lessons.
"What's the matter?" Yumichika poked her.
"Nothing, I'm just remembering my father." She sighed.
"Your father? Tell me about him"
"Well,hes not really my father. More of foster father. You see,my real father hated me when i was alive. He allways blamed me for the disappearence of my mom. He reminded me of that fact everyday. But once I died, I had found a better father."
"What's his name?"He grinned.
She wasn't surprised by the sudden question. Their division took pride on knowing names. "Ganju, Ganju Shiba."
"Hmm...Such an ugly name." He pouted.
"Hey! Don't pick on him. You don't even know him! Besides....I kinda wanted my last name to be Shiba. It would be nice. because i would be an official member of the Shiba clan." Elena stood up and ran to the fireworks stand. "I'd like gunpowder, paper wraps ,and 5 fuses, please!"
The man was a bit skeptical. "O...Okay?"he handed her the items and she ran back to Yumichika.
"What is that for?" He raised his feathered eyebrow.
"A special boom for your birthday." In five seconds flat she made five small bombs. She say a little boy run by and she grabbed his sparkler. She stood up as the boy began to cry. She smiled. "Don't cry, watch this!" She lit the fuses and then threw all of them as hard as she could in the sky. Soon the sky lit up with the beautiful display of fireworks. The boy smiled and awed at the explosion.
Yumichika watched in fasination as the different colors lit the sky. "Thats truely beautiful." he whispered. "Thank you, Elena." He grinned.
"No problem." she grinned and then watched the firework display she made. "You'd be proud. Wouldn't you? Daddy?"

Kenpachi jumped when Yumichika jumped into his room from the balcony. "Yumichika! What is the-" he was caught off when Yumchika shooshed him. Elena was sleeping in his arms. he handed her to Kenpachi whiched caused him to smile."She's truely a beautiful person ,Captain."
Kenpachi smiled a little as he sat back down onto his bed. "Yeah."
"But, Captain. Do you think your future might hurt her?" He was walking back to the balcony.
Kenpachi pouted." I know. I have a dangerous lifestyle. but, It will be her choice to follow me into darkness."
"I see. Well, Goodnight. Captain." He jumped out of the window and began to walk away.
Kenpachi layed her down next to him and sighed. "Well, I hope you had fun. Because I didn't." he had been waiting for her all day. Her plan had wokrd and now he had to wait even longer.
