Ok... lotsa stuff has happened since the last time I made an entry...

There was the New York trip, which I'll devote an entry to later

Our soccer team made it to OFFSA, but we lost. It was kind of a bad game, considering that the last time we played them we only lost 1-0. I was getting pissed off because I was off for a good chunk of the first half. When I get put back in, I go on mid-field for the first time all season. I ran my a** of and stayed on the field for the rest of the game. I felt bad for my other defender though, she was crying because she didn't get to go on for very long.

We also had just about the worst luck. None of us got called out of class on time, our bus was late, the driver took a really wrong turn and every single one of our subs got hurt. By the end of the game, there was not a single person on the sidelines that wasn't injured. There were asthma attacks, torn hammies and a 3rd degree sprain. Twas not a pretty sight.

And of course, the girls got a little pissed off at eachother... especially when one of our players scored on our own net (how she managed that, I'll never know)

Anyways, it's over and done with, so I'm going to leave it at that until next year/season.


Ok, so fast forward to this week. An entirely too long week that has really messed me up. I don't know what it is, but I haven't been getting enough sleep, so when I get home I take a nap when possible...thing is, I think I"m only making it worse. It's like, whenever I CAN sleep, I can't fall asleep and whenever I can't sleep, there's no way for me to stay awake. It's friggen driving me crazy.

Ah well, school is almost over and I won't have to deal with this for much longer.

You know, I just realized how much drama there is around soccer. One of the girls quit the team because we didn't win our last game. Some people make me crazy, especially the ones who think they're superstar players but do almost nothing. She's talented yeah, but its not like she was breaking her back to help her team. Gah, and there's a whole bunch of other stuff and GAH! Next year, I don't think I'm even going to bother. House league it is for me, booyeah! Soooo much more fun.


And it's getting late and I have soccer tomorrow morning, so I'll sign off and finish up later.... wow I say this a lot...
