Over the month that I've not written, I've become a Fullmetal Alchemist fan!

You know you're addicted to FMA when . . .

. . . you draw large transmutation circles on your driveway with chalk

. . . you carry around a silver watch wherever you go, and show it to people if they ask for ID

. . . your greatest insult has become something along the lines of "so short you would need a microscope to see them"

. . . you don't mind much if you get your arm chopped off, and claim you could always get automail

. . . you salute every time you hear the name "Hughes"

. . . you clap your hands together before doing anything important

. . . you claim that you're a Homanculus, and you have the Oroborus tattoo to prove it (which you drew on yourself with pen)

. . . you make your own red water with food coloring, and threaten your siblings with it

. . . you actually wrote "remember October 3rd" down somewhere important

. . . when you think about the book titled "the Grapes of Wrath" you actually envision Wrath with a bunch of grapes

. . . you try to make a chimera out of your little brother and your dog

. . . when any book you're reading has some kind of allusion to the seven deadly sins, you shout "Aha!" and proceed to hunt for clues about the homanculus

. . . you've had long conversation with your fellow FMA addicts about whether Envy is a boy or girl

. . . you buy red PopRocks and claim that hundreds of human lives have gone into the making of them

. . . upon seeing anyone with a farmers tan (a huge tanline where their sleeve has been all summer) you accuse them of stealing your arm

. . . upon seeing some kind of red stone in the Natural History Museam, you glance at your little brother and you both start grinning wickedly


. . . all of your Halloween pictures (the kind with the eyes staring at you in the dark) end up looking like the Gate. And you make sure to include Wrath.

. . . when someone important comes, you ask your parents "Can I eat them?"

. . . you've memorized the names of the Homanculus, their order of age and who created them. You can recite it backwards if asked.

. . . when you see a suit of armor, you search for the blood seal

. . . when reading one of those stranded-on-a-desert-island books, the words "all is one, and one is all" come to mind.

. . . when you break a valuable, you tell everyone not to worry and then proceed to
draw a transmutation circle around it

Here are some ones I've actually done

I know I'm addicted to Fullmetal Alchemist because:

-I have a Winry-as-a-barbie impression

-I attempted to download a FMA wallpaper onto my cell phone, but so far it hasn't worked *sniff*

-I've picked out theme songs for characters out of my music on iTunes (with the help of my brother) (Al is Mr. Robato!)

-Whenever anyone pulls off a good move involving guns, I say they pulled a Riza Hawkeye

-I laugh like crazy anytime anyone makes an FMA joke

-I've cried at several points in the anime so far

-Instead of The Cloud Song, my brother and I sing The Scar Song!

Again, I'll add more of these as I think of/do more -_-
