Two updates in one here since it's been awhile in my updates thanks to my awesometacular week with Monica and me enjoying myself far too much.

Well the last few days with Monica were blissful and simple. Thursday night, we ended up going to this fancy-schmancy fish restaurant in Malibu. I knew what to expect because it was in Malibu, but sweet Gord...That was one expensive meal since I also bought Monica's sister, Amy, dinner for bringing us there. It was so awesome to get Monica dressed up in that nice dress I got her.

You would have sworn she were an angel in that outfit. whee

The place even gave us our entrès to-go in these little tinfoil animals. I told the dude I wanted an Ocelot and Monica told him to do a Platypus (At my suggestion), but he just muttered in poor English something about only doing "Marine" animals. What a crock, I tells ya. Anywho, we ended up with the following:

-Shark
-Dolphin
-Duck

It wasn't an Ocelot, but my Duck with corn in its belly was pretty damn awesome. We left and went home for a lovely night. I accidently fell asleep with Monica and luckily woke up about 1:30 AM so that I wouldn't have to worry about her father pulling me inside-out by my colon.

We rented movies on Monday of the week and I finally got to see the Phantom of the Opera movie with Monica before we watched Thumbalina.

Don't ask, but she got this Thing for Prince Cornelius's hairdo.

Not much happened the last few days aside from Monica's dad getting their PS2 fixed finally and her vegging out on hours and hours of Kingdom Hearts. Unfortunetly, she didn't have that tiny little thing called a Memory Card so that she could save the hours and hours she had put into the game. So, guess who decided to go with her mom to GameStop and buy one so that she could save and actually get somewhere? She needed it and it made her happy, so that's what matters to me. 3nodding

Friday night was mostly her playing Kingdom Hearts for forever and a day with her laying in my lap while doing so. At midnight though, she finally called it quits and I got to fall asleep with her bed until 5:00 AM. I woke up at 5:00 AM so that her dad's furious rage at that fact wasn't unleashed and I was able to go home in more than a small pine box.

Now I'm home and I miss Monica so much. I'll be bringing her to Florida in October though and by then, I should be well on my way to saving money for a little move across country. heart

So today I had to head back into work. It was all well and good since I need to be earning money to survive on. Besides, it was nice to get to wake up later than usual for work since they had me scheduled from 9:00 - 6:00 for some unGordly reason. Once I arrived at work though, I soon discovered that things were definitely not as I had left them.

You see, while we're doing these changes around to become SEARS Essentials, many departmens need to be moved so that the store can be refitted for the new merchandise and layout it's going to handle. During the moving since I've been gone, my beloved Electronics section has been reduced to about a third of its former size and it's now coupled with the Jewelry department.

Uggh, working around that and getting Jewelry keys so I could get to my merchandise in their cases was a nightmare.

The best part of work today was getting to see everyone's reaction to my haircut. Most everybody at the store didn't recognize my at first, but almost everyone in the store loved it and thinks it looks great.

Yes, thank Monica for it because she told the woman what to do and the reason I'm hawt now. xp

The best part of the work-day was when this one woman who always covers my breaks came in and she saw me. I swear to Gord, she nearly dropped her jaw and started crying when she saw me. She exclaimed, "YOUR HAIR!" and looked like she'd just seen someone die. She apparently thought I looked great with the lengthy locks and was sad to see them go.

Man, it's good to be the king.
