I woke up this morning with a head-ache and not in a wonderful mood. I went about my usual routine, but popped an advil.

I get outside and it's raining, so that cheered me up. No really, it did. I love the rain and thunderstorms. It's so calm and peaceful and the colours just really come alive. It's crazy how you can actually feel the electricity.

So yeah, we get to school and Mon breaks the news that she's working all summer, and not just August. It's great for her (monies for the Rome trip) but crappy for her (hardly any free time to relax) and for us too (no time to hang out) I was disappointed when she said that she was going to work the whole summer, but I didn't want to make her even more bummed out.

Bio also kinda sucked. The usual crew of idiots were being retarded again. Twas quite the struggle not to scream and throw things at them. It's just so early and it makes me so angry.

I wasn't looking forward to English because of the big long speech that I had to do. She handed out some books as a gift/prize to some the more literate kids (though I wasn't fond of how she singled me out to come up first) and then we got down to the speeches. I decided that I wanted to get mine over with, so I waited until almost then end of the class and then volunteered to go just to save trouble. Apparently my speech 'showed everyone else up...again' (as Lisa so kindly put it on the bus ride home) but I'm pretty sure it was the big purple feather I had in my hair. It's actually just about the spiffiest thing in the world, and distracting. Everyone was playing with it all day, and it was so soft and ...and... 4laugh

Lunch wasn't bad either. I sprinted back to my locker to get my yearbook for everyone to sign and I got that rush. I must be getting back into soccer-shape again because that joy you get from running only happens when I'm conditioned. Anyways, I was kinda buzzed off it for the rest of the day.

The PHs got pizza and ice cream thingies and it was really friggen awesome. I also got some awesome messages from my buddies ^^

French wasn't too bad. I hadn't finished my homework, but she only asked me twice and I bullshited my way through, so it was all good. She assigned us homework, but it wasn't anything drastic.

In math, we did some new stuff, and I understood, which is always a plus. Fio didn't get a graphing calculator, so I shared with her, which meant that I didn't have to put up with Taylor's idiocy. I swear that boy is just annoying for the sake of being annoying. Then class was over, and that was cool too.

So that was my day, and now I'm doing review for bio (a little) and then some extensive for the math culminating.
