Happy Thanksgiving!

Not cooking again this year. This holiday belongs to my mother. My daughter and I do the pies and all the baking. So bake - bake - bake. Was up till 11:00 last night with pies in the oven and two more to go.

I think this is the first year that I'm not disappointed over the holiday. Because, I usually get all geared up and I shouldn't. I've finally realized that really it's just based around food and family.

So I'm taking advantage of the LONG weekend and going to do stuff that I normally don't have time for. Finish all that extra laundry that piles up, super-clean the SUV, tear down and clean the fishie tanks. I might move one into my bedroom so the tree can go in the corner... And last but MOST FUN - DECORATE DECORATE DECORATE!!!
