for the first time in a long while I had a panic attack caused by my father.
I'm pretty pissed off right now because each year around Christmas time they, my parents, act like every thing is ok between us. they get all clingy and they hug and kiss me and they lost that privilege four years ago this March. father started to play Christmas music and wanted to hug me, of course me being me threatened to bite his hand if he ever stuck it in my face again and stormed down to my room. . . .BIG mistake. I heard him coming down the hall way so I braced myself against the door expecting the worst and was going over a battle plan to finally get out of this hell hole!! My heart was racing, my hands were sweating, and I was shaking all over but as it turned out he just handed me the t.v remote and left. . .
