Is it weird that I think that people are horrible? Because they are. What other species commits so many "crimes" against itself? What other species is so spitefully cruel to it's own?

People may not be bad by nature, but if not carefully protected they will be corrupted by our poison society in no time. I only have to look at the people at school to prove this right. They disgust me. All most of them think about is crap like smoking, sex and drinking. They don't apply themselves at school, they don't show a modicum of the basic respect they should show for just fellow humans. They are rude, noisy and selfish. They refuse to be responsible for their actions and they refuse to behave as a civilized being ought to. The revulsion I feel every day is incredible.

Why can't people abstain from things that aren't good for them and will give them trouble in the longrun? It's not that hard. I've done it. How can anyone not try their best? Don't they owe it to themselves? Why are they like this? I can only conclude that our Western society is poison to everything that which a human should be.

It's pathetic.
