Nightmares flood your mind.
The worst outcome is all you expect.
"Drop the gun and run."
But you can't.
The revenge was sweet.

Until the reality set in.
Now all that's left is you and the exit.

You stare in silence.
Dead silence.
Like a cemetery in the middle of the night.
You hear sirens, Screaming.
And you know you've been caught.
That gun finally drops and cuffs replace it.
