Isn't funny how no matter how hard you try, and no matter how much effort you put out, there is always someone looking down on you? You can be a straightedge, prodigical genious, and there's always going to be someone looking at you like you smoke pot, or like you're just a total dumbass. And you know what? They can only do that because you let them!!
Ms. Eleanor Roosevelt (SP?) said that, "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent." That statement, I find, is completly and utterly truthful! People will only talk s**t on you if they get a reaction they like. Like if someone starts a harsh rumor, they probably want you to burst in to tears. If you don't and they can't think of anything worse to do, they get bored and move on to the next victim.
Also, people, you really need to stick up for your 'friends'! I don't like the stuff I see when people say, "You and I are gonna be tight forever!" and then turn around and stab that 'friend' in the back by telling all their secrets to others. When someone tells you something in trust, don't tell others, even if that person betrays you and stabs you in the back, and you think they should die. Keep a secret, because when you tell other peoples' secrets, it really makes you look bad, and no one will want to tell you anything anymore.
These days, I don't know what the world is coming to. There is so much hate, and pain in everyday life... It makes you want to go back and change some things, the things that made war exsist, just remove the gene that allows you to hate. But at the same time, you don't because without hate their is no love, and without love, life is dull. It's just like dark. Sometimes you just want to dispel all the darkness from the world, but then you have to realize that without dark, there is no light, and without light, there is no life.
Humans are such fragile beings, and we tend to forget how utterly breakable we are. No one is a superbeing, no one can survive anything. You can fight till you're bloody and scarred, but something will come along and take your last breath eventually.

No one is going to live forever.

I've come to realize recently how much people waste their lives, thinking they have all the time in the world, but then thoes people die with nothing to their name. I think we should "live every day like it's the last day we will ever see." "sing every song like it's the last song you will ever sing" Put your heart and sould into everything you do, because if it's not worth doing right, it's really not worth doing at all. If you say you are going to do something, then do it. Don't lie, and cheat, when you are completly capable of being a person of truth.
And I know that I'm not perfect, but who ever said I wanted to be? When you achieve perfection, what more is there? It's the little flaws and quirks that make everybody who we are. If people were perfect, then there wouldn't be diversity, or excitment, or fun. Experimenting would cease to exsist.

So be different, make a name for yourself, and change the world! Make it a better place!! Don't let people do things for you, or expect them too!! Pave your own path and follow, make your own bed, and sleep in it! Live your dreams!

And always remember be different!
