... and supplementary vitamin drinks &w& which taste bad &.&
For the next two days I'm going to be fasting, drinking nothing but homemade (with real fruits and vegetables) juice, kombucha tea, and this natural vitamin supplementary drink i bought from the Co-Op, a local organic store &w& so it was kinda pricey &3& oh well....
no more than three days, and i said two but i started yesterday so two more to go &w& saturday i get to ease back into normal eating of solid foods &w&
With this i am hoping to cleanse my system of any impurities and gain some control over what and how much i eat XD as in i some how manage to eat a s**t load but keep myself below 140 ._. i don't know how ._. i usually eat a big bowl of cereal if i have time in the morning or a bagel packed with tasty plain cream cheese @w@, and then (regardless of whether i eat breakfast or not) two sandwiches, a big bowl of sunchips or terra chips, and then i snack (a lot ) till dinner which usually involves pasta (lots and lots of yummy pasta) a baked potato a giant salad with a LOT of fetta cheese and basalmic vinegar &w& and then a big desert &w& because desert is amazing, then sometimes since i stay up late i'll take a bowl of chips up with me to bed XD
so i obviously don't need ALL of that XD and i've noticed the few times i'm sick, obviously i don't want to be sick while on this fast, but while i was sick my stomach shrank and then i went back to eating A LOT but experienced getting full faster and being miserable because i couldn't eat as much but i still wanted to XD but to be honest i consume so much stuff i'd probably be safe cutting my meals in half XD at least the last meal &w& you're actually supposed to have a huge breakfast ^w^ that's fine with me... dinner's supposed to be the smallest.... and then.... lunch is fine... it's after a hard day at work or your first class or something... so you deserve a good lunch &w&
ok, so that's that, just wanted to let anyone know ^w^ and actually i just wanted to brag about trying something weird and new &w& new to me anyway XD tata ^w^

and for the first one...
I noticed that i wasn't hungry..... but i had cravings for solid foods... but i was full from drinking so much juice.... the tea doesn't fill me up as much because you're only really supposed to drink 6 ounces at the most a day, since kombucha tea is reeeeaaally harsh stuff, don't get me wrong, it's full of good stuff that helps your body a lot, but it's still really hard on you so more than that isn't recommended.... and i've had it before i agree that it's hard to drink only that for a while...
so yes, first day a success... and i chose these next three days because they're before school starts and i don't work, or i didn't but i got called in tomorrow, but it's only a three hour shift XD piece of cake &w& i can handle that...

DAY TWO:
i experienced the same, cravings for solid foods but not hunger. As long as i had a glass of juice next to me and my Kombucha tea and a glass of water i was fine, it's kind of odd to me, i haven't quite grasped the concept. Oh and i was smart this morning, and rather than mixing the vitamin supplement with my morning lemonade ^w^ i took it like a shot and chased it with the lemonade XD muuuuch better.
I keep contemplating what my first meal will be on saturday morning, but i have to remember that you ease back into eating, so i'll probably have those soda crackers.... even though i want..... sweet 'n' spicy ramen.... ravioli..... a burrito..... grilled cheese with ketchup.... tofurkey sandwish with A LOT of honey mustard >w< angel hair pasta with a ton of parmesan cheese >w<
i had a little panic today XD i lost the tool that came with my juicer that's used to twist the blade out, i thought i'd have to stop my fast since i couldn't have any juice XD but i found it ^w^
I'll be bac k tomorrow night to update my final day ^w^
i'm doing this journal thing because that's where i got all my info, from other people's journals online, not necessarily on gaia but nonetheless. It was neat seeing how people handled the fast. So i thought i'd make my own journal ^w^ it is my first though, so i don't think it's as insightful as their's, but hey i can feel apart of the popular fasting bandwagon Owo hurry for conformity 4laugh XD ok ok night night
PS: OMG GUESS WHAT I JUST FOUND OUT!!! WATERMELON IS A NATURAL DIARRHETIC!!! WHEEEEEEE ~jet streams across the room~ 4laugh i'll probably regret telling the world that.... but oh well, it's a natural bodily function, nothing to be ashamed of ^w^ and it's apart of the cleansing... thing Owo gross XD ok night
DAY THREE:
ooookay ^w^ so i broke my fast 12 hours early (half a day, no big deal) but this was my very first try so i'm not too upset with it, i'm actually proud of myself for making it that long.
It was all dad's fault to be honest, we went out on errands together and when we came back he went through a drive through XD i was dying XD so when i got home i had about ten soda crackers (saltines) and two hours later a half of a piece of toast with some peanut butter on it ^w^ and i'm already full, the shrinkage has worked obviously XD tomorrow i think i'll have a SMALL bowl of cereal XD instead of our enormous ones XD we have three sizes; tiny, large, extra large XD
i can't wait till i'll be ready to have some spicy ramen again @w@ and i need another run to the store i'm totally out of fruits and veggies >3> sadness is upon me ;-; oh well XD success! ^w^ i might update this again, just because i like to and i know not many if any at all read this, who in their right mind would? XD oh well, night folks ^w^
