Three young boys wearing scarfs over their faces walked through a forest. Each wore a pair of spiked gloves and a pair of steel toed boots. "I sure hope we can get rid of this clan..." The one wearing the red scarf laughed. "Xin stop worrying...." The one wearing white sighed. "You two are too loud..." Xin sighed. "Gale started it.... Don't blame me Zane....." Gale and Zane sighed. "Just be quiet and keep moving.... they arent far from here..." Xin and Gale nodded. They reached a small patch of bushes that was at the edge of a clearing. In the center was a large pool of water and surrounding it was a clan of large beasts. In the center of the water was one of their babies. "I think its a ceremony..." Zane nodded. "Lets kill him while they are distacted."
-Present-
"This... feels familiar...." Zane nodded. "Yeah... just like our last battle together......" Xin sighed. "Yeah.... Now I wish we hadn't been so soft hearted." Gale sighed and nodded. "Yeah.... Woulda saved the world alot of trouble...." They walked on through the forest and reached a mountain range. "She is out there..."
Zane laughed. "Well aleast this part is diffrent..."
-FlashBack-
The three boys stood around the water which was now dyed red with the blood of the beasts. "Its just a baby.... It can't harm anything..." Gale sighed. "But it will grow up one day...." Xin shook his head. "Without its family it will probably just die on its own..." Zane and Gale agreed. They grabbed one of the heads and brought it back to their village. That night there was a huge celebration for the death of the creatures which had been plauging their village.
-Present-
Gale and Zane ran up the mountain side while Xin remained behind. "You think its going to be complicated?" Gale shook his head. "No... We can handle it..."
Xin laughed. "My revenge is coming....." Xin dropped to the ground and stayed unconcious for a moment. "Gale!? Zane?!" He rubbed his head and ran toward the mountains.
"Gale is that...." They had wandered into a clearing with a large pool of water in the middle. "The Darkening Shiver...." A voice from the water began to speak. "Hello. I see you have finally returned to me Gale." The voice seemed peaceful. "Gale?" Gale laughed and cracked his knuckles. "Just reveal yourself.... I know how this works..." A beast emerged from the water. "So you remembered. I'm so happy that you finally realized who I am.." Gale laughed again. "Yeah well... you won't be so happy in a minute...." Zane cracked his knuckles. "This is that infant from before?!" Gale nodded.
